FRP Process Pipes

Our company can produce various process pipes with acid resistance, alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance and other properties, with a diameter of less than 4500mm, and the design stiffness can be customized. The entire winding process is formed by computer numerical control (CNC) integrated winding, featuring elegant linear appearance, high precision and convenient operation.

Corrosion Resistance: In complex and extensive application environments, different corrosion-resistant pipes can be selected according to the requirements of the medium.
Pressure Resistance: Pipes and pipe fittings are designed and manufactured in accordance with the pressure specified by the process, and a pressure test is carried out at 1.5 times the process-required pressure. The product also features heat resistance and low-temperature resistance, with a low-temperature tolerance of -70℃ and a high-temperature tolerance of 250℃.
Good Insulation & Flame Retardancy: It has excellent insulation performance; after modification, it can eliminate static electricity, will not self-ignite, and has good flame retardancy and anti-ignition performance, and is self-extinguishing.
Diverse Colors: It has good transparency; after modification, it can present a variety of colors.
Good Thermal Insulation Performance: After modification, its high heat conduction capacity can be improved.

FRP Mortar Pipe▶Product Overview
FRP Mortar pipes are the result of years of R&D and successful manufacturing. As a new material for large-scale fluid transportation projects, they are mainly used for underground pipes and overhead pipes. They feature light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, long service life, and low operation and maintenance costs, which can save a large amount of funds for construction projects.
The main forming process is controlled by a computer: first, the inner lining is made on the mandrel according to the specified procedure (same as the inner lining manufacturing process of filament-wound FRP pipes). After gelling, the structural layer is wound according to the designed winding pattern and thickness, with mortar (a mixture of quartz sand and resin) wrapped in the structural layer. Finally, the outer protective layer is wound.
