Product Overview
FRP pultruded profiles are manufactured through the following process: continuous glass fiber rovings, continuous glass fiber mats, and surface mats are drawn by a pultrusion machine, impregnated with resin, then shaped by a mold and heated to form profiles, rods, and tubes of various cross-sectional shapes and sizes. Their tensile strength is higher than that of ordinary steel. The resin-rich layer on the surface also endows them with excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, making them the optimal alternative to steel in corrosive and outdoor environments.
