Large On-Site Vessels
▶ Product Overview: Large FRP vessels manufactured by on-site filament winding are large storage tanks and various types of vessels formed by filament winding with the latest technology using on-site winding equipment. This product has the advantages of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, large capacity, small floor space, no need for transportation, convenient installation and low maintenance costs, and is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, food brewing, pharmaceutical and other fields. Traditional large vessels are generally made of welded steel plates, with epoxy FRP anti-corrosion linings or anti-corrosion materials applied inside, which are difficult to construct, have poor anti-corrosion effect, and are prone to falling off and perforation. In contrast, large FRP vessels made by on-site winding are based on thermosetting resins and reinforced with glass fibers. They adopt continuous fiber winding combined with spray yarn and circumferential winding, featuring advanced technology, reasonable structure and excellent mechanical properties of the product.
